Outstanding customer service: attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Very highly recommended. Great location: on edge of historic centre on a quiet street. Peaceful inner courtyard for breakfast. Feels more like a hospitable, personable, hacienda than a mainstream cookie-cutter hotel. Completely fits in with the relaxed authenticity of Oaxaca. We will definitely visit again and will recommend to all our friends at home in England.

A fantastic experience. The staff is the most valuable asset for Nana Hotel. The facilities are great too. The rooms are spacious enough. Nice walk in shower great TV. Excellent AC. Comfortable beds. Cleanliness reigns everywhere. Great location to walk to city center. Safe walking area in historic center area. Continental Breakfast included and you can order additional items for an ultra high value Breakfast. Pure perfection! Loved it!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were a little tired and the pillows were low quality. The air con was good and the TV was decent. Good location and reasonably quiet. We didn’t eat there as we only stayed one night and left at 7am.

NaNa Vida is an amazing hotel! The hospitality is outstanding everyone is so kind and welcoming. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and having a massage shop right in the building was such a nice bonus! I got one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back highly recommend NaNa Vida to anyone visiting Oaxaca!

The staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. They met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations during our one week stay. The location is perfect the breakfast and coffee devine and the rooms well sized. Highly recommend for first time visitors like us.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The service was excellent and they really knew how to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Upon entry they greet you with your choice of artisanal soap. The building is very traditional Oaxaca style with stylish rooms. The central courtyard is beautiful and we had an amazing home cooked meal there by the ladies who work in the outdoor kitchen. Amazing coffee as well. When we return to Oaxaca we will certainly be staying there again.

An absolute gem of a hotel, service experience and feeling of hospitality. Right in the center of the old town, cozy rooms in old stones houses around a peaceful courtyard garden with a giant mango tree. Service for us with a toddler was cheerful, heartwarmingly friendly and always on point. This place and its staff deserve more attention! 11 out of 10.

NaNa Vida made my Oaxaca trip perfect! I loved the artsy decor, friendly reception, the included breakfast (bread, fruits, coffee, etc). I even got a massage at the spa inside and it was so worth it. The location was perfect for walking around and exploring Oaxaca City. The rooms were always made up and clean and had AC! I also got amazing recommendations for food and what to do. I loved their attention to detail and care, always asking us if we needed bottled water (we did!). Love love love NaNa Vida and will definitely look into their other location! Highly recommend staying here if you're going to Oaxaca!
